The Backstory
I’ve gone to (and organized) many events, workshops and conferences and one of my biggest pet peeves is when the names on the name tags are so small you can barely read them… the whole point of a name tag is the name!
So, when it came time for my own 25th reunion, I volunteered to make our name tags and thought it would be fun to put our yearbook pictures on them. People loved them and I had so much fun making them that I thought maybe I could help other people with their special events too… fast forward and I’ve been fortunate to have made over 13,000 name tags for over 150 reunions, birthday and gradation parties, parent /kid events and more.
I know trusting some random online to help with a such special event is not easy, and I am very thankful and grateful that so many folks have taken a chance on me. I take that trust very seriously and will only make/sell things that I would use myself… and I can be a bit of a perfectionist sometimes.
I treasure every group I work with and have learned a lot from every interaction. I am happy and fortunate to have met a lot of amazing people along the way, many of whom have kept in touch and had me help with other fun projects as well! You are not ‘just an order’ to me, I take pride in my work and in the relationships built. I have so much fun helping people and hope to help you too!

Send me the Name of Your School including the city and state, graduation year, school colors and mascot, size you would like, reunion date and rough number you are expecting.
Sometimes we get lucky and I can find your yearbook online,
if I can’t you can take your yearbook to Staples/UPS Store/etc. and have the pages scanned.
Designed, Printed, Assembled and Shipped
I’ll make your sample designs to match your colors and logo. We work together until you have the exact design you love. Then you send me the list of names, I do the designs and send you a pdf proof. Once approved, I physically make the tags and send them your way… The whole process can vary from 2 days to 3 months or more depending on your schedule :)

Payment
Once we have all the names and you have approved the proofs, I'll make the tags and send you photos to make sure they are as you want them and that they are all there. Once approved, I'll send you an invoice with information with your payment preference:
Venmo or Zelle: no processing fee
PayPal or Credit /Debit Card: 3.5% processing fee added to total
